BOOKING RULES

PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION

Full payment is required when booking online. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of the booking confirmation.

ADDRESS OR BOOKING CHANGES

Any request to change the collection address, date or time must be submitted at least 24 hours before the journey. All changes are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

The customer is responsible for providing the correct name, telephone number, email address, collection address and number of passengers.

Smoking, illegal substances, dangerous behaviour and damage to the vehicle are strictly prohibited. The chauffeur may end the journey immediately if passenger conduct creates a safety risk.

ADVANCE BOOKING

All journeys must be booked at least 24 hours before the selected departure time. Same-day bookings are not available through the website.

JOURNEY DURATION

Each private journey lasts exactly 60 minutes. The booked time begins at the confirmed collection time.

Late arrival will reduce the available journey time. Additional time cannot be guaranteed.

ROUTE

The route is selected together with your chauffeur at the beginning of the journey, considering your preferences, traffic conditions and the booked duration.

You may return to the collection point or finish at another destination within London, provided it can be reached within the remaining booked time.

PICK-UP ADDRESS

A complete pick-up address within London must be entered before completing the booking. Please ensure that the address is accurate and accessible to the chauffeur.

If stopping directly outside the selected address is unsafe, restricted or prohibited, the chauffeur will arrange the nearest suitable meeting point.

AGE REQUIREMENT

The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old.

Guests under 18 may travel only when accompanied by a responsible adult. Champagne is available exclusively to guests aged 18 or over. Valid photo identification may be requested. A premium alcohol-free alternative is available.
